Rescue Home Construction
We are writing to share an exciting update about the MCF / AMP Street Children Rescue Home in the Great Rift Valley of Kenya, a project that is transforming the lives of vulnerable children and offering them hope for a brighter future. With God’s grace and the incredible generosity of our supporters, we have made remarkable progress toward our goal of providing a safe and nurturing home for street children in Kenya.

So far, we have raised $250,000 and have used these funds to:
​
- Purchase 10 acres of prime farmland in the Great Rift Valley.
- Install security fences around the property and a secure entrance gate.
- Construct the dining hall, girls’ dormitories, and office buildings.
- Drill a water well, build a water tower, and complete the plumbing system.
​
This progress is a testament to the power of community and faith, but there is still important work to be done. To fully complete this life-changing facility, we need to raise an additional $250,000 of your support to build:

- The boys’ dormitory.
- 11 school classrooms.
​
Once completed, this rescue home will provide a safe haven for 200 boys and girls who are currently living on the streets and facing the dangers of gang violence, sex trafficking, drugs, and exposure to the elements. The facility will provide:

- A roof over their heads and a warm bed to sleep in.
- Three nutritious meals a day.
- Access to education and vocational training.
- Trauma counseling and emotional support.
- And most importantly, the opportunity to experience the love and teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ.
